Terms and Conditions

Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and is non-refundable.
Bookings must be made directly with Novotel Perth Murray Street Reservations team on  +(61) 8 6371 6371 and advising of the use of a gift voucher.
Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The original gift voucher must be presented at Novotel Perth Murray Street.
The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Novotel Perth Murray Street will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
